In Xichuan, a devastating earthquake has occurred. In an effort to locate his younger, mute sister Luo Yuan, lawyer Luo Ben has traveled to the devastated region. It’s there that he comes into contact with the Light Chaser Salvage unit under the authority of Skipper Qing Shan and with his sister’s new companion Xiong Fei, an indispensable piece of the unit. Additionally, Luo Ben meets Zhan Yan, whom he previously met in less-than-ideal circumstances.
