Dongfang Qing Cang of the Moon Tribe is said to have transformed into an emotionless monster in order to gain terrible power. He took over as Moon Supreme, killed his father, and led a 100,000-strong army of Moon Tribe soldiers on a path of destruction. Cangyan Sea, home to the Moon Tribe, Shuiyuntian, the immortal fairy realm, and Yunmeng Lake, home to the mortal world, were all in grave danger.
The first God of War of Shuiyuntian extinguished her primordial spirit in order to save the world and stop Dongfang Qing Cang and his army. The army and primordial spirit of Dongfang Qing Cang were sealed, and the Haotian Matrix’s immortal bonds kept his body in the Haotian Tower. However, the world would once more be in danger if Dongfang Qing Cang were to regain his primordial spirit and escape from his tower. There is a legend that the Goddess of Xishan is the only one who can stop this disaster, but she never came back.
